Where is my order?
A tracking link is emailed as soon as the parcel moves, usually within three business days of ordering. If tracking hasn’t updated in five business days, write to us and we’ll chase it.
I want to return something.
Send us your order number. We book the courier, you hand the parcel over, and the refund goes back on arrival.
Is this right for me?
Ask before you buy. We’ll tell you plainly when a product isn’t a good fit — it saves us both a return.
